Yes, we do. Even in the winter time!  At times, due to extreme weather conditions, we may need to delay or reschedule but we will communicate accordingly.

We take dog safety and the safety of their owners very seriously.  We clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. After our cleanups, we also take and send pictures of the locked gate, once your service is completed, to ensure your dog’s safely secured in their yard.

No contracts. We are a subscription based service.  Feel free to, pause and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or by calling.

That depends on what you prefer. We can double bag the waste and leave it in your trash can, if it is out. If not, we bag it up and dispose of it safely offsite.

Of course! The best part of the job is seeing the dogs! We only request for a dog to not be in the yard, if said dog has shown signs of aggression in the past.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day but not every cleanup day will be available in your area. We will do our best to give you a couple options of days during the week.

We do not provide arrival windows. While we do our best to accommodate schedules. We work much like the garbage man. We have a service day that is best optimized for our routes. This helps us to keep costs down for our customers. We do provide a text message when we are on our way to service your property.
